Other News
Route 37N will be extended to Richmond from Putney, thus it is renumbered N37. This will be introduced when the new contract for the 37/N37 starts.
Route N86 is extended from Stratford to Oxford Circus via 25N. The PVR will increase to 35, and will run with some shorts Oxford Circus-Romford.
Temporary routes 522 and 588 will run, and will be operated by Stagecoach (522) and L1/Romford Buses (HO) (588)
Routes 408 and 505 are awarded temporary contracts to L1/Group Buses using existing buses until the new operators can provide the full service, anticipated to be the start of the new full contracts. The buses used will be Enviro 200H and/or Volvo B7TL/President ex-Metroline.
The first 2014 conversion of a route to NBfL will be Route 16, which will be tendered in August. Route N16 will remain with normal buses.
Route 340 will be extended from Harrow via Lower Road and 140 to Hayes Grapes as of the next tender.
